FINDING OWNER'S MANUALS

The contact information for the manufacturer will be in the owner's manual.

If for some reason you don't still have your manual, here are ways to get one:

Look at the model number tag and find the FCC ID number.

Enter the number (in two parts) as shown on the FCC ID page here:
https://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid

In the list of exhibits, look for the owner's manual. You can download it free.

If it's not there, you should be able to order it via the links on my part ordering page here:

Lost keys 2005 mustang were the pin code

It would have been a tag on the original set of keys when the car was purchased new. If you can not locate it in the owners manual then I think you will be paying a locksmith.

Lost ignition key.. How do you start 2002 highlander without the ignition key so that i can get it to the dealer for a new key

If you bought the vehicle new, there was a little metal tag on it with numbers. Bring that tag to the dealer and they can get you a new key, other wise call AAA and have it towed, you don't want to take any chances of messing something up. Check your owners manual, if you didn't buy it new, maybe the original owner left the tag in there.

key code is on metal tag or plastic tag in glove box with owner manual packet. Also, dealer who sold car new has code in sales folder.

NEED REPLACEMENT KEY FOR 2004 ODYSSEY HONDA VAN???

According to the owner's manual, the vehicle came with a "key number tag." If you have the tag, or the number off the tag, you should be able to purchase a replacement key from a dealer or locksmith.

Before you go replacing the ignition (and the previous poster didn't mention it, but what about the door locks?) I would check your owner's manual. The original owner may have written the key code in the book!

Also, look around the car. Maybe the tag is stuck in the glovebox!

Do you have any of the papers you received when you bough tthe car (even if used)? Maybe the code is written on something?

Good luck!
