Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I don't really know how to explain it but I will charge the player overnight, it builds the database and then I shut it down. Sometimes after I shut it down though and turn it back on, the battery is either down half way or completely dead. Why does this happen? And is there a special way you have to turn it off?
I would send it back to the RCA company because it sounds like it has a short in the system.
