If you have just connected the power to the unit for a first time install and turned it on, use the up/down arrows to get to the correct language. Then click OK.

If you are past that point and have to change the language. On the product control, click the button next to the copy button on the all-in-one. Then on the control panel, touch the top right corner, the left middle side and then the left bottom corner (one at a time) to access the Language Menu. Then touch the button next to Set Language for a list of available languages. Use the up/down arrows to select the language you need and click OK. If you also need to change the region, press the button beside to Set Region to get that list. Use the arrows to change the region and click OK.

Finally hit the Back button twice to exit the menu.

Language problem accidently changed the language to i think is russian and now i cant change it back to english.

Go to settings and scroll down and see if you can find English. I did this on mine a while back. I had to go to the internet and look up my model and instructions and then where to find settings / languages and then see what buttons to press and count how many languages down the list to find English. Alternatively, go to google translations. It can tell you what the words are in English to Russian.

Hi vivekchat18,

The instruction below will help you put back the display language you desire for your printer. You may use the procedure below to print out reports or to show messages on the all-in-one control panel. Here's how:

1.First you need to press MENU.
2.Then, select SYSTEM SET UP.
3.Afterward, select LANGUAGE.
4.Now, choose the language that you prefer. In your case, ENGLISH.
5.You have to SAVE your settings.
6.Finally, wait until your system automatically restarts.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for using Fixya.

My language on my printer is in German i need to change to English wondering if i could purchase a manual for my kexmark all in one printer model # 3350

No need to purchase one, lexmark offers an online version of the user guide on their website here:
http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/2007/3300/winug/eng/frameset.html

Interestingly enough the User's Guide for the X3350 contains the wrong instructions for changing the language on the LCD display. The correct way to reset the language is as follows:

1.Power off the printer.

2.Hold down the power and + buttons simultaneously for five seconds. This will clear the language setting.

3.The first prompt you will see is English. If this is not the language required, toggle the + and - buttons to navigate to your preferred language.

4.Press the arrow button to select that language. The printer will save the new language setting.

Hope this helps!

Please rate this solution, thanks

I can not print, the error is: LANG=ENGLISH, please help

Changing the Control Panel Display Language

The default control panel display language is set for English.
Supported languages are: English, French, German, Italian,
Spanish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Turkish,
Polish, and Portuguese. Follow these instructions to change the
display language.

1 Switch OFF the printer.
2 Press and hold Select while switching the printer ON until
SELECT LANGUAGE appears in the display.
3 After the power-on self test, LANG=ENGLISH appears. Press
[Value+/-] until the desired language appears in the display.
4 Press [Select] to save your choice. An asterisk (*)appears next
to the language to indicate it is now the default.
5 Press [Go]. The On Line indicator is lit, and display messages
are now in the language you selected.
