Question about Canon imagePROGRAF W6400 InkJet Printer
I get the message e0200d error on the screen, i've tried remouving the media roll, closed the cover, turned the printer off then back on and tried to put the roll media back on but on the screen appears "load cut sheet" and it doesn't recognize the roll, also the greem light for "roll" doesn't come up at all, but just the one for sheet.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

U150 ink error fixed!
I too was getting the error for unrecognized ink cartridge. Then the little green circ board fell out of the end of the ink cartridge and it hit me that maybe if I put in the little green circ board from the old ink cartridge of the same color, then maybe the ink cartridge would be recognized. It worked! So don't throw out an ink cartridge that still has ink just because of that error and hold onto your empty cartridges in case you need the little green/gold circ boards.

SOURCE: Loading cut sheets
Try to check the paper media set on the plotter (roll/plain paper). It usually happens if paper media is not the same with the plotter setting. To change it, unload the paper, press the media button on the printer to the right media and load the paper again. It should work now.

Could be that the button for Sheet / Roll has been pressed. This is a popular error caused by the machine expecting a sheet when you are loading a roll. Make sure the light is located on the roll option rather than the sheet.
If this is the problem, you must first remove all media, then lower the covers and lower the media release lever before the printer will allow you to change between roll & sheet.

SOURCE: Out of media
Look under the plotter on the control panel side. You will see a sensor with two wires comming out. This sensor is dirty. You can try and blow it clean (often works) or remove it and clean with a small brush. It clips in and out but be careful and take note of the clips etc remove it without breaking any.
