Hi Jim,

As long as the seals on either end register and screw in tight, the only thing that diminishes the pressure at the wand is the weight of the water within the hose if it was pushing upwards against gravity. That would be a seriously long hose.

So yes, you can hook up a longer hose and expect the device to function in the same manner with out any ill effects.

Best regards
Mike

My problem is the hose broke and the plastic part is stuck up in the wand's handle. My pliers are to big so how do I get it out.

Hi!, It's Jim with Crucial Vacuum,

I'd recommend using either a scissor, or a hanger. Your best bet with the hanger is going to be a wire one. You'll most likely have to bend it slightly to be able to have it reach the necessary part of your vacuums handle.

If you're looking for a new hose, we offer a variety of replacement parts for a multitude of products.

A sock is stuck in the hose of the truhepa vacuum...how do I get it out?

HI, it's Jim from Crucial Vacuum!

Turn the vacuum off first and then try stretching the hose out entirely to release any clogs. A handy way to unclog hard to reach spots in your hose is to use a broom handle, or coat hanger. With the coat hanger try and use a plastic one to avoid tearing the walls of the hose.

The rear passenger door on 1993 lincoln contenental will not open neither from outside nor from inside but the pin goes up and down when operated by fob as well as unlock - lock button on the car

Ok this one is a tough one. If your handle on the outside does not work for some time, then the rod that attaches to the handle has most likely come loose. Your options are limited. I usually do not recommend the use of a slim jim. However in this case, a slim jim is an option. Inside your read door panel are three main rods. One rod moves the inside handle. The other rod moves the outside handle. The third rod is attached to the lock knob. Using the slim jim slide it into the door. Hook it onto one of the rods and pull up slightly. Try to see what is moving when you move the rod. If it is the inside handle or lock knob is moving, then find another rod that moves nothing. That will be the rod that should be attached to your outside handle. Lift up on that rod and it should open your door.
After you open the door, go ahead and take the time to fix your door, by removing the door panel and re-attaching the rod to the handle.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I sucked up a sock I think its in the hose but I am not sure can you help me slove the problem?

Try using a broom handle and push it out the the same end that it came in. If that doesn't work, straighten a metal coat hanger and make a small hook on the end of it. Reach in and grab it.

Good Luck!

Beater attachment has no suction.

Your hose issue is isolated from the garage. You have a switch problem in the handle of the hose.
If the hose has a swivel handle your problem will lie in the switch itself or the contact rings within the lower portion of the handle itself. If this is a light gray hose with swivel handle several years old switches were an issue from time to time . The problem can normally be fixed by replacing the internal wiring harness in the hose.

I have a clogged hose. How can I take it apart to get the clog out? or what can i stick up it to get it out?

Most vacuum cleaner hoses can be unplugged at some point. One way to clear a clog is to reverse the hose & let the vacuum **** the clog out the way it went in. If you have to remove the clog manually, a length of coat hanger wire, with a small hook bent on one end, will serve. Most clogs are near the hose ends, so not much wire length is required.

1995 Toyota Camry drivers side door latch unhooked

On the metal rod that runs vertically up to the door handle, there should be a large yellow clip that holds the rod onto the handle. These break with regularity, look at the bottom of the inside of the door shell to see if it indeed has broken & fallen down.

I have a sock stuck in the hose of my vacuum cleaner. Rennaisance canister model. Because of the design of the handle I can't utilize the reverse blower. Please advise. Thanks

lol

Try taping a fishing hook or some such onto the end of a straightened out coat hanger. See if you can push it up the hose and hook the sock.

Or, remove the hose entirely, and push a broom handle down the hose.

That's all I got...
