I have a samsung WEP650 bluetooth earpiece. How do i get it into pairing mode please?

Starting with your headset turned off, press and hold the call button for some seconds as if you were turning it on, but keep the button pressed until its indicator light is steadily lit. It is in pairing mode now. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, you headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There could be an indication on your phone that a headset is connected too.
Hope it works for you.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you out any further.

I have problem pairing the device with my LG VX8300. It is turned on and flashing but cannot be found in the search. I have also entered the 0000 code

Try to put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. If it has never been paired with another device defore, just by turning it on, it should enter that mode, denoted by its indicator light being steadily lit in blue. Otherwise, turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the Muiti-Function Button for far more seconds than the time required to turn it on, until its indicator light is steadily lit in blue. Then, within the next couple of minutes, bring your phone and headset close to each other, and make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make your phone connect to it. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passcode) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There should be an indication on your phone too, that the pairing process has been successful. Otherwise, turn you headset off and repeat the pairing process all over again.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon. Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.
By the way, if your headset's quick start guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

I cannot find my passcode for my Samsung Bluetooth WEP 460...can you help?

It is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros). Anyway, put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. If it has never been paired with another device before, just by turning it on, it should enter that mode, denoted by its indicator light being steadily lit in blue. Otherwise, turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the Muiti-Function Button for far more seconds than the time required to turn it on, until its indicator light is steadily lit in blue. How to connect SAMSUNG bluetooth headset SBH 650 to my Nokia e71

When the pairing process between the E71 and SBH650 starts, try immediately to hold down, or press every half a second, the central 'call' button on the SBH650 - to force the SBH650 to think it is pairing with a new device. It took me 5-10 min of playing about in a similar situation, but eventually the SBH650 cleared it's 'memory' and the '0000' pairing code worked with another telephone...
however, I have never managed to pair the SBH650 with OS 3.0 upgraded ipod touch 2nd gen.
