Generic problem for all Copiers

I am an engineer. I have contract of Toshiba 2030 copier machine. In this machine copy lamp is missing and secondly while switching on the machine ,after warmup time machine display shows INSERT KEY COPY COUNTER. The machine works on 23oV. Kindly help me by informing the Voltage and Wattege of the copy lamp and how to solve the problem of display indication.I have no service mannual. I have a Toshiba Photocopier Model 2030 it have a code 43. Please solve my problem.
