The beeping sounds you are hearing are due to a RAM issue.
You should open the cabinet and take out the RAM cards,clean the DIMM(RAM socket) and reinsert it.
If that does not work and if the noise continues, take out the RAM again and clean its chips lightly with a rubber eraser.
Even if that fails then your RAM had failed and you have to get it replaced
