Factory reset Brother MFC-7320

Does anyone know how to reset one Brother MFC-7320? I want to put it like it came from factory.

1. Open cartridge cover
2. Press the button Clear / Back
3. Press start button
4. Print number 11
5. Close cartridge cover

Now, your printer is returned to the factory settings.

Try Restoring all settings to the factory settings

You can restore all the settings you have
changed to the factory settings. These settings will stay until you change them again.
a Press Print Setting.
b Press a or b to display Factory Reset.
c Press Factory Reset.
d Press Yes to confirm.
e Press Stop/Exit.

Replaced toner cartrige and the error message saying that the toner life is ended. any ideas


Try this.. It worked in my Brother MFC 7320.. SO it May work.. Open the cover. Remove Drum and Cartridge. Look inside. There are 2 LENS ON both sides. Cover the lens with a tape. Replace Drum and Cartridge. Click cancel. then click 1 for replace drum.. close cover.. Let me know if it works

How do you reset a Brother MFC-7840W printer to factory default settings?


Menu * 2864 (within 2 sec.), 0,1, when 'maintenance' appears, press 0,9 to exit.

Brother MFC-210 Printer Trouble


unplug for at least 20 minutes, then disconnect all the cables from the printer, plug power cable back in and turn back on

what happens?

look in your manual, is there anything to set back to factory default? if so do this if the first steps don't work
