I have been unable to connect my Tomtom 910 to my phone. My phone (a Motorolla Razor) is able to find my Tomtom in it's bluetooth device search, but is not able to connect. I've also turned on the "Find Me" option under the setup menu for Bluetooth on my phone, but my Tomtom is still unable to find my phone. What is Wrong?
Most Motorola mobile phones can only remain discoverable by other Bluetooth devices for a period of 60 seconds. Occasionally this period is too short to complete the pairing process with a TomTom device.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

My product is Tom Tome Go750 and my previous phone was connected through this device to Bluetooth. Now Tom Tom does not recognise my new phone. How can I connect it to Bluetooth on the GPS device?
