Question about Bose Lifestyle 25 System
I have a Bose Lifestyle 25 which has started jumping/skipping when playing CD’s. I bought a lens cleaning kit but it only made a slight difference so wanted to clean the lens internally or adjust the laser power inside. Does anyone know how to do either of these?

This kind of problem happens when optical lens got thin layer of dust that causing problem to laser beam to read data properly. Please put lens cleaning disc in unit and press play button, cleaning disc has little brush that will clean optical lens, this will hopefully solve skipping problem.
If cleaning disc does not help then unit will take apart to clean optical lens manually with good quality cotton swab.
Hope these info will help you.
