Remove the waste bottle then the drum unit from the front of the machine.**Cover the drum unit so it is not exposed to the light.
Remove the Developing unit and empty the developer from the dev unit into waste bag. Once all the developer is removed...take the new bottle of developer and pour it all into the dev unit. Replace the plastic cover back onto the top of the dev unit. Re-install the dev unit back into the machine, then replace the drum unit back into the machine then replace the waste toner bottle. Close the front door. Enter the copier adjustment mode on the keypad by pressing "user preset,Orig size(Ledger), and Multi-copy key #3 in sequence.
Then press Multi-copy key #8 , then press the Print key.
Now select th code "09" and Press Print.
The machine will run for approx 2 minutes to initialize the new developer. Press Clear/stop and User preset to escape from the service mode. You are done.

Print willnot show exept at bottom of page have changed toner

your printout is only 1/2 the page than your image may not be developed or transfered. you will need to remove the deveolper unit and look at the front of it. does the devolper go all the way across the front of it?
