Ah yea, had that happen once. Telus sent me an installation CD but no computer in the house could read the CD. Well, no big deal. Go to www.logitech.com and download the drivers.
i think you cant use the built in cam from your acer to used for video conferencing using logitect account. but you can disable the built in cam of your acer and install logitect to your acer to continue loging in you logitec account.
Search for the following file: wdma_usb.inf (be sure to include hidden files in your search)
You will probably find it here: c:\I386\wdma_usb.inf
It also needs to be here: c:\WINDOWS\inf\wdma_usb.inf
If it is not in there copy and paste it.
Then update the driver on the Logitec Mic in the device manager.
This should take care of it.
