I can't downLoad or install a microsoft word office 2007

Please answer the following questions so I could better help you on this.
1. What is your computer OS? (XP,Vista,Windows 7)2. Have you installed any previous version of Microsoft Office on your computer?3. Are you installing the Microsoft Office from a disc?4. Do you have a valid serial key for the Microsoft Office 2007?
First make sure that you have removed/uninstalled any previous Microsoft Office application on your computer. You will not be able to install a newer one if the software detects that there is a previous version installed.
You can use the uninstaller tool at the website below.
Once you have determined that it has been removedm, you can download the Microsoft Office Professional 2007 from this link:
If you are still unable to install the program using the link I provided, please respond to this and post the exact error message or even post a screen shot so I can help you better.

Hi, I understand that you are facing with "Non Genuine Microsoft pop-up" This could be due to illegitimate version of OS you are using. Try using some other genuine version and use a valid Product Key.

How do you uninstall Genuine Microsoft Software? Every time I turn on my computer a message comes up and says you're Genuine Microsoft Software has expired. And I am given 2 options Resolve now or to...

That message pops up when you're using either a pirated version of windows, or when your trial of the OS has expired. You'll just have to buy a fresh copy of Windows(vista/7), which includes "Windows genuine advantage validation.", which in it's turn is what you need to get rid of those pesky messages.

Counterfeinting Problem

If you do have a valid number then the easiest way is to contact Microsoft. Usually there is a sticker somewhere on the computer. If you have an upgrade with a valid number then Just call them and they will issue you a code to make you valid.

When you try to enter an invalid key (or what the computer thinks is an invalid key) They will tell you to call Microsoft and give you a number.

If you don't have a vald key. Call them and they can sell you a valid key and get you going over the phone.

good luck

Software counterfiting

After installing your genuine copy of Microsoft Windows XP you are prompted with a “Your software is counterfeit” error message at startup. Even after visiting the site and validating, you still get the above message popping up after 2 or 3 boots. There is an easy solution to this and I would like you to follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files
  • Within that folder, remove any files or folders associated with .WGA
2. Safe Mode
  • Reboot your computer and as soon as Windows logs off, start repeatively tapping the F8 Key on your keyboard.
  • As soon as you see the Windows Advanced Startup options select Safe Mode within Safe Mode get yourself into these folders…
  • C:\Windows\System32 (Rename wgatray.exe to wgatrayold.exe)
  • C:\Windows\System32\dllcache (Rename wgatray.exe to wgatrayold.exe)
Note: Dllcache is a hidden folder, to view hidden folders do the following, go to Start, Control Panel, Folder Options,
Select the view Tab and under the Hidden Files option, select Show hidden files and folders
3. Safe Mode Registry
  • Click on Start, Run and within the open dialog box type regedit and click OK.
  • Within the Registry Editor navigate your self to
  • Right Click and Export the WGALOGON Folder (this should be saved onto your machine for backup purposes)
  • After Exporting the folder, DELETE the WGALOGON folder
  • After deleting close all applications and Restart your machine back to Normal Mode
  • Get into the site above and manually re-validate your copy of Windows.
  • After being prompt of a successful validation, Restart your Machine.
Hope this information is very helpful. Don't forget to rate me..:-) Thanks..

Genuine microsoft appears as desktop

The Genuine microsoft appers in desktop cause if you set your Automatic Updates Enabled then the computer of your's has downloaded a genuine validator therefore if the genuine validator finds that the OS you have installed in your computer is not genuine then it will continues to pop it up. My recommendation: Download a genuine validator crack and installed it in your computer. You can search it in the internet using or you can reinstall your XP/VISTA OS then don't forget to disable the Automatic Updates find in your Security Center located at your Control Panel.
