Question about Lexmark X5070 ALL-IN-ONE InkJet Printer
My Lexmark printer will not switch from fax mode to copy mode or scan mode. I have turned it off and on again several times, but it will not change to copy mode.
Make sure the Fax Mode button is not stuck in the printer. If not, unplug the power supply of the printer. The power supply is the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached. Then, hold down Start and Cancel buttons at the same time while plugging back the power supply in the printer. Hold down the two buttons firmly while the printer is powering on until Language Selection appears on the LCD screen. Then, release the two buttons. Choose your preferred language. Set your printer like how you set it the first time. If this doesn't help, I strongly suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
