    Hello Lucky,

Someone has either flashed the firmware, cleared the main controller memory, or replaced the main controller. That is typically the cause for the "corrupt...etc" prompt. The prompt should not cause a problem, but I can help you get rid of it as well. I need to know what occurred prior to your dilemma. This will help me help you. Thanx............................SPINAL

I have by cannon 6570i moddel ihave continew error {chek the network conection chek the tcp ip the defalt key is curruptedor invelid}

1) Select the following service mode COPIER>TEST>NETWORK>PING, and select PING.
2) Enter the IP addressof your PC using the numeric keys on the control panel, and press OK.
3) Press the start key.
- OK is displayed if Ping succeeds, but NG is displayed if it ends in failure.

Perform this procedure only when connecting the machine to networks.
If the machine fails to be connected to networks, any of the following causes is probable.
a. Connection failure between networks and the machine
b. TCP/IP setting failure of the machine
c. User network failure
d. Main controller PCB failure
The detailed check methods are as follows.

Checking with Loopback Address
you can check whether TCP/IP settings of
the machine are appropriate by executing Ping with this address.
1) Enter the loopback address ( in PING.
- If NG is displayed, check TCP/IP settings of the machine again, and re-execute Ping.
- If OK is displayed, perform the next check.
Checking with Local Host Address
The local host address is the IP address of the machine. Since the local host address returns in response to the network controller by executing Ping with the address, you can check whether the network controller (main controller PCB) is in a normal condition.
1) Enter the IP address of the machine in PING.
If NG is displayed, take the following actions, and re-execute Ping.
- IP address error of the machine: Check to see again if the IP address settings of the machine are appropriate. Ask the system administrator whether the allocated IP address is valid.
- Failure in the main controller PCB: Replace the main controller PCB
If OK is displayed, a cause may be user's network environment. Inform the system administrator of the current situation, and ask for measures.

HOW DO YOU NETWORK A canon imagerunner 1023

do You want to connect the machine on network or .... ?

First check if you on back side of copier have the network connector.
If yes, you need to connect the normal network cable if you have network switch or cross cable if you are connect directly on PC.
Then you must enter the IP adress in machine, under user mode (*) under system settings, under IP adress. Also enter subnet and gateway adress.
Free IP adress you can check on your pc under CMD and type ipconfig, to see your ip, subnet, and gateway. Then type : ping XXX.XXX.XXX.YYY The YYY marks number that you can change and must not be same as yours PC.After typing ping .......... and you have answer DATA LOST that means the ip is awailable and you can type it in copier.
Install drivers and select tcp/ip port.

If these isnt solution that you asked for, you can also contact me on with more detailed description.

Hope that helps!

The printer is not being detected on the network. The printer network settings are all OK and a test print can be done from the printer. The network cable is OK.

Reset its ip adreses.
go to printer menu then find tcp ip settings set ip addreses ,subnet mask and default gateway then check ping.If you get reply then it is in network.
the ping coomand is type as "ping -t"
for example.then if you get reply then it is in netwrok.type this coomand in command prompt.

Printer busy/or error

Sounds like your machine is using DHCP, not a static IP address?

Print your network settings from the Printer, then try to Ping from a computer on the network.

Check the Network setting of the machine, make sure it is set to a fixed (static) IP Address.

If this is the problem, you can go into your PC printers port and change the port to the reassigned IP Address of the machine.

If you reinstall the drivers then you will have this installed twice, one will work one will not, so delete it from the printers folder before you reinstall before you reinstall
