Question about Samsung B3410 Cell Phone
I always use LEO Privacy to block unwanted calls, so when I want to remove a call from blacklist, I just need go into LEO Privacy to do this action. LEO Privacy Applock Hide Safe Android Apps on Google Play

You should remove caller number from reject list.
settings -> Application settings -> Call -> All Calls -> Auto reject -> reject list. Then select the number and remove the tick and save.

thanks a lot Bajanguru you should have said that it was an option to reset the phone now all my stuff is gone.

Settings-->Call settings-->All calls-->Auto reject
Click on 'Reject list'
Here just for making them to be receivable calls, uncheck them
If you want to completely remove, you need to click on each entry and then press Options-->Delete. But the problem with deletion is you need to do that for each entry separately.
