Above is a service and repair manual, you may be able to isolate and try to effect a repair if possible, but doing this at home, would be very difficult, depending on what's wrong and what needs to be done, if it is just a board replacement, then the manual will tell you which, one and it;s order number, which is why you need the service manual so much.your symptoms are just indicating that your set has a part damaged in such a way, that to continue to keep power going, would result in a catastrophic failure, and consequent results. This is a classic switchmode power supply, shutting down to avoid a fire, explosion, or both. This set had developed a problem, that is so severe that the set must be shut down, This set should be removed from the Power, and in my professional recommendation, you should get a "Quote" for repair, from, a Pioneer, Approved Service Center, this point is very important for a good result, Always contact, their local, "Head Office" Now, when you get the information you want, then you can decide as to repair of replacement. The reason we want an approved agent, is that way, all the engineers are trained on their own brand sets, they have seen almost all faults, and will get the job done quicker, and for less cost, and usually have parts on hand, also

Cycle the big power button. the tv will try to come one, and as it kicks off and goes into shutdown, a red led will light up inside. one on the power board indicates shutdown, but another somewhere else will indicate where the failure is. you can pop the speaker grille and see inside the front or pull off the back
its usually the convergence ics

this tutorial will help somewhat, but more relies on tvs where they don't go into shutdown when the ics fail.

there are fuses in the back but you need an ohm/multi meter to check

let me know if i can be of further assistance

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There is a problem with the heater element.
The heater won't work, unless the wash motor is running. You need to replace heater element in your dishwasher.

Hope this helps.

I dont think your unit has big problem.
1. 9X blinks means 9 VDC supply is shorted either in A or B board.
2. IC708 is faulty in A-board
3.PS701 or PS702 is opened in A-board.

Good Luck
