Does the computer have two graphics cards?

If so i suggest you apply the crossfire cable to them, it increases the performance.

Testimonial: "no i dont think so, if i do a check on system info i just get a one gig card, i don't know why they add this cross fire ribbon with the comp, maybe it's to confuse idiots like me. "

  • Angelo Valentino Montalbano

Well if you look at the back of the machine you should either see one or two cards with either a VGA or DVI port besides the onbaord if it has it. If it's only one then they are just adding the cable in there because the motherboard supports crossfire.

Try the cable first, remove it and form into a loop can you easily move the cable inner? Try crossing the outer cable ends about 6" from the top hold the cross and using finger pressure see how easily the inner cable moves. If stiff to move try lubing the inner cable until it moves easily if no joy get anew cable. Wen re fitting make sure you adjust the cable correctly and have enough free play at the lever

I need to know if the power source could be the problem. I already replaced the battery and it worked fine for a week, and then died. I already took it apart once and fixed the dpad, so that's not a p

This could be due to a faulty charging cable, a burnt-out battery or the interference of software you have downloaded. Solve these problems by testing your PSP to locate the charging problem and proceed to implement the correct solution.

Revert to Factory Settings

1 Switch the WLAN button on your PSP so that it is in the "Off" position. Remove any memory stick or UMD that is in the system and put them aside.

2 Choose "Settings " from the left side of the cross media bar. Scroll to "Restore Default Settings." Press "X" to enter this menu. Press "X" to accept the restoration. The PSP will then revert back to its original settings.

3 Power off the PSP and plug it into an outlet with the AC adapter to charge for three hours. Power on the system to see if if the charging issue has been resolved.

USB Charging

4 Power on your PSP and scroll to the far left of the cross media bar. Choose "System Settings" and press "X." Scroll down the System Settings menu until you reach the option for "USB Charge." Press "X" and switch the setting to "On."

5 Return to the "System Settings" menu and choose "USB Auto Connect." Make sure the Auto Connect setting has been turned on. This allows your PSP to enter USB mode and begin charging whenever it is connected to another device.

6 Connect the PSP to a powered on PS3 or PC using the USB connector cable. The small end fits into the top of your PSP while the large end is inserted into a USB slot in your chosen system. The PSP will automatically enter USB mode as soon as it is connected.

7 Leave the PSP attached to the system for 30 minutes to an hour. When you detach your PSP, check your battery power. If it has gone up, then the charging problem is with your AC adapter. You can replace it or continue to use the USB charge function.

8 Plug your PSP into an outlet using the AC adapter cable and power on the system.

9 Enter the "System Settings Menu." Scroll down until you reach "Battery Information." Press "X" to open the menu.

10 Check the last option on the page which is labeled "Battery Status." If the status does not say "Charging," then the battery is not receiving a charge from the cable. While your PSP is getting power from the cable, you will need to purchase a new battery.

Hi. I inherited a 1998 Husqvarna 265 rx. Got new plug and new fuel and it fires ok. Wouldn't stop so I added a washer under the 'earth' screw and it now stops. Problem is poor acceleration

To set the throttle, start by slackening the cross head screw securing the cable in the handle and pull completly out, now slacked the three allen headed screws securing the handle, twist the handle to the best position for your use ( at full throttle your thumb should not be straining ) now slacken the lower cross head screw and turn the silver clamp to tention the spring underneath, when correctly adjusted the throttle trigger should spring back to the idle position readily, now re fit the cable up through the clamp, turn the cable so as it is just about to open the carb throttle spindle, lock the cross head screw and test to make sure you are getting full throttle, if not slacken the screw and turn cable a little more.

Having trouble adding printer canon ir3300 thru ethnet connection. directly to laptop. This printer isn't on the current network. So, I'm not sure if I need to add it first. Can you please advise.

You will need to buy a "Crossover Ethernet Cable". A ordinary straight through ethernet cable will not work. When you connect the crossover cable the laptop will see it and assign an IP address as though it was on a network. You then need to create a standard IP Port. take a config printout and look for the ip address. Add a single digit one to the address and make that you std IP Port.

Install your network driver and it will look for the printer on your new network (your laptop and printer). providing it does then all should work ok.

Good luck.

It is stamped on the top of the engine, in the head. It is usually pretty easy to find, and you wont have to remove any pieces to see it.

USB Ports Not working

you need to go to device manager and look in the list at the bottom for the usb root hub and see if there are any red crosses or exclamation marks, red crosses mean device dissabled, exclamation means not recognised and no suitable driver. click on the link below and select motherboard downloads for the usb drivers If you do find that the motherboard is faulty, then you can purchase a PCMCIA USB 2.0 card, as long as your notebook has the PCMCIA slot, as i am sure it has.
