hold on the power and home buttons until the screen goes black, once black keep holding the buttons until you see an apple logo then release, this is a soft reset. if this doesnt work plug into itunes and when the computer recoginizes it click restore. this will delete everything on your phone and take it back to the way it was when you bought it.
Hold the on-off button and home buttons together for 5 sec as the iphone is connected to a charger, then release both buttons. Then press the on-button. The iphone should now turn on if it was just frozen. If not, you may have a hardware issue. well its a needle in the haystack problem, ha ha First thing I would do is take the battery out and put back in, to maybe insure the connection was there. Maybe U know someone with a electrical meter that can check your charger out, for output charge and the battery. Last but not least take it back.
hi guys... its me again.. i found the solution for my sms crash.. earlier i installed mobile enhancer... which i removed from my iphone and my sms crash problem is being solved.. one more thing... i had to set the date back to 10 jan 2008 cuz any thing greater than jan 12, 2008 waz troubling...
please uninstall mobile enhancer (if installed) in your iphone.. this worked for me... may be for you too...
