FAX NOT RECEIVING (by 2 users)

Dear sir

this is to inform u i'm a service engg of toshiba 50f.

in this mechine have fax receiving problem.
fax out going is there.
tele phone line is ok.
what r the seeting has to be done. kindls send me please.

Can only receive one page at a time if sender sends more then one page 50f will error out and only receive one page.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
