Question about GoVideo VR3930 DVD Player/VCR
I bought a universal remote for my go video vr3930 , but the codes listed did not work!!!!! could somebody help me?
Im sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the majority of universal remotes are generic models made from a standard set of codes, so in many cases the codes wont work when they are meant to, be it because its meant for a different software version or it simply wont send a recognizable signal to your units IR sensor. The best bet is to either source a replacement reccomended by the company that makes the product or to sell it and buy a new one with a working remote. Sorry.

from what you are saying I would think the universal remote is not comparable with that unit. they say universal, but they don't always cover ever model etc. check that the remote has your brand/model of TV listed.
