You can try removing the scroll ball and cleaning it, that could be the reason why it wont scroll up and down.

Scroll to the top of your home screen (where the bars are visible) and click the enter key. Scroll down and look for 'turn all connections on'. If you see this then choose that option and press enter. Hope this helps

Have a Satellite P 305D-S9800; scoll bar will not pull down by mouse or touch pad; as soon as I let go it jumps back to the top please help

The "Touchpad is very sensitive; if you look while scrolling, the "scroll-bar" will turn (Blue), click on the ("scroll-bar"), until it turn "Gray." Note: "You ca use the Pointer Device / Touchpad without using the Scroll-bar, basically anywhere on the screen; ("bottom scroll-pad" = left to right"), and ("right -side edge scroll-pad = up & down").

Scroll bar on the right side of my touch pad scrolls too fast how do i slow it down

It depends, do you know if there is an icon down in the taskbar near the clock that has options for your mouse, if there is then you would double click that and there should be options in there.

Scroll bar wont work

Hello

I can't say for sure without seeing the phone myself.

It may be.

If you go to a local phone shop and test the same model in the shop, see if it operates the same way as yours. You can also have the guys in the shop check it out.

Let me know if you need anything else

Thank you,
Ekse
