Question about Ovens
The blinking could be an indication of a door lock mechanism failure or a door lock switch failure. Some models will blink the clean light until the door lock switch is energized or de-energized. You could try to start a self cleaning cycle and the press Clear/Cancel and wait to see if the self clean light quits flashing.
But if the door lock mechanism and door lock switch both checked ok then the spark igniter in the gas oven is got loose or shorted so the oven is not coming On.This igniter went short because the clean cycle took longer time then actual time.Get the igniter checked and replaced. It will show 120 volts with meter.
