My LG KC910 Does no longer work since i came back from Africa. The touch screen is not responding. How do i restart all the settings????

I had the same problem with my kc910, I did some research and the digitizer was damaged - always 'clicking' the same position. A replacement digitizer cost me ~$6USD from hong kong with free postage and I replaced myself following an online guide

Hi, to replace the touch screen, you can go to any LG store for replacement....

I am also having the same problem it has unlocked but no matter where I touch on the screen it opens my contact list if I push the green button it opens call list but selects the last on the page. I have tried turning off and on, taking battery out and the sim and the micro sd but to no avail... I also require a solution please it has done it b4 a few times but usually fixed itself or when i reset it worked but it hasnt this time

the touch screen of the phone you are using is weak and it is not responding properly again.

in other to resolve the problem,you will need to replace the touch screen with a new one.

For touch screen replacement , Contact a technician.

what kind of problem? is it not responding quickly if this is the problem go to SEETINGS then TOUCH SETTINGS then open TOUCHPAD CALIBRATION then point in the different plus signs. ALWAYS POINT IN THE CENTER

its the touch probs.... if ur cell is preety new. i mean bot b4 2-3 months then ask 4a replacement in ur service station.. better fight... or service it 4 free usin ur warranty

Go into settings and touch screen options and re calibrate :)

JUST SERVICE IT 1CE AND FLASH UR HANDSET IN THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AND THEN CHANGE THE SETTINGS OF UR CELL REGARDIND TOUCH SCREEN SETTINGS IT MAY BE SLOW PLZ CHANGE IT TO SPEED OR FASTER THEN U WILL FIND DIFFERENCE IN IT OR EVEN U MIGHT HAVE TURNED OFF THE TOUCHSCREEN SETTINGS PLZ TURN IT ON JST TRY THESE 1CE B4 GOING TO SERVICE CENTERE IF IT WORKS THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO GO

i have had this problem also but not with it getting wet. i have bought a new digitizer (touch pad which you can get of amazon by looking for a lgkc910 digitizer) i am yet to have it replaced but if it doesnt come down to that i think it have had damage to the motherbord or needs software updates
