Question about Kitchen Ranges
I advice you reset the microwave oven by powering it on and remove the plug directly from the outlet during the process of loading, this will help fix the abnormality, if the problem still persist after the reset, then it means the panel is malfunctioning and will need to be replace.
Also brush away any debris or dirt that may have gathered around the fan or motor. If your oven isn't heating properly or if your fan doesn't work, this very easily could be the problem. Debris reaching the motor through vents in the housing can block the fan. Use a soft, small brush to remove the dirt.

You may have a bad keypad, which in many cases can be replaced.
A bad keypad may be worn out due to age, damaged, or it may have gotten wet or otherwise contaminated.
Moisture and contamination can be caused by not using the fan when boiling on the stove top (for over the range models), direct spraying of cleaners, by storing the microwave in an unheated garage or shed, or infestation.
I warn my customers to never spray cleaner directly onto the microwave keypad, since the liquid can get inside and "lock up" or even ruin the keypad or controller.
