Perhaps you have it calibrated in km instead of mph, or your wheel size is smaller than the setting in the computer. Refer to the instruction of the (unnamed) computer and set it/them correctly.

If I wont to go up 10mm on a 235x35x19 tyre what size do i go to

Either 245/35/19 or 245/30/19. With the 245/35 your speedometer will read slightly slower than the actual speed, 245/30 will read slightly faster than real speed.

Speedometer not registering correct speed.

Has to be calibrated on a rolling road with the correct software ,or you have the wrong size tyres fitted ,they are low profiles making the wheels go round faster in relation to the speedo calibration

Speedometer does not work correctly all the time. Cold weather seems to make it go hay wire. Never stays stuck when the engine is off but registers 15 to 50 mph faster than actual speed

check and see if the wire on back off speedomter is loose and check your vehicle speed sensor see if working or broke and you also have wheel speed sensors that could be malfunctioning

Speed display inaccurate

Yes and no, Yes if you know enough to go into the operating system and recalculate the the timing of it and no if you don't. Also remember that it could be your speedometer that is out as well. They are allowed a variance of +- 5mph. Hope this helps

Speedometer appears to register 15 miles less than actual speed

If you have replaced your stock size tires with oversize aftermarket tires and wheels (17 inch stock wheels to 22 inch wheels, etc) you need to have the computer reflashed to compensate for the larger tire size. Larger tires turn slower to maintain the same groundspeed, giving a false speed reading.

Occasional reboots

i too have found this problem with the 2 wire 2700 and found that if the router tries to alter the connection speed and finds it cannot connect at the faster speeds it has to reset itself to revert back to a slower connection speed, so keep an eye on your connection speed which can be found in the routers settings on the initial page and check if the speed registered is faster than that of which your line can carry, if so then you need to contact your isp.
