contact the seller and make a complaint to him and ask for the return process
If you have been smart enough to use paypal, then when you don't get a satisfactory reply from the seller , you make a complaint to paypal and they will recover you money for you
They also cover the cost of returning the item back to the seller
Try charging it overnight and if it still does not work return it to the shop where you purchased it for a replacement or refund as it wouls be under warranty.
i just got mine and it when i plug it in to charge the red light turns on for like 10 seconds then turns off and it wont turn on so itss dead... return it?
Oooh, bad news. You probably got a sidekick 3 that had a bad charging port. Return for a refund if you can.
the Sidekick 3 has a charging issue thatcrops
up after awhile. It will just not charge the battery.A good way to tell
is if the orange light comes on but the phone never charges.
You
can get an external battery charger for the sidekick for about 25
dollars that will allow you to charge the sidekick 3 battery separate.

It is a design flaw. I had the exact thing happen and TomTom advised "not to let it get warm" inside the car. I'm sorry, this is supposed to be affixed to the windshield and it gets hot. When the sun hits, it stops charging. Hold it in front of the AC vent for a few minutes, it cools down and it charges again. But it shuts off in the heat because it will not charge!
Its when the solder overheats and disconnects a wire in the xbox. If you have bought it within the last year, you can return or swap for new wherever you bought it. If not you will most likely have to send it off to xbox repairs.
