My norton account will not accept my email address or my password

Go to the Norton account Forgot Your Password page.

Type in the email address that you used to purchase or create your Norton account.

Click Continue.

You will receive an email with password reset instructions.
The message comes from [email protected].
If clicking the link does not work, copy and paste this link directly into a web browser.
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folders. You may not receive a recovery email if there is no account under that email address.
If you still cannot locate the email, then you might have used a different email to create your Norton account. Make sure that the email address you enter is the same as the one that you used to make your Norton product purchase

In the Sign In area, click the "Forgot your password?" link.

In the next window, enter the email address you used to create your Photo Center account and click Submit. We'll send your password to your email address within minutes.

Check your email for the password, and then return to the Walmart Digital Photo Center and sign in.

Go to www.mynortonaccount.com and click on forgotten password, you will get temporary password with in 5 minutes

Once you get the temporary password you can access Norton account.

Make sure that your computer is connected to Internet.

Start Norton 360.

At the right bottom corner of the Norton program window, click Activate Now.

Type the 25-alpha numeric product key, and then click Next.

• The product key can be found on a yellow sticker on the back of the CD envelope or in the confirmation email of your download purchase.
  
• If your product came with your computer you may not have to enter the product key. You can skip this step.

In the Norton Account Window, enter your email address and click NEXT.
Your Norton 360 checks the existing Norton Accounts using the email address.

Do one of the following depending on your situation:

• If Norton 360 finds your Norton Account, enter the password and click SIGN IN.
  
• If Norton 360 does not find any existing Norton Account, complete the form and click NEXT.

Review your subscription details, and then click DONE.
Your copy of Norton 360 is now activated.

Restart your computer first. Try uninstall then reinstall the Norton.
