Question about Televison & Video
Yes you could be right thats the info ive been getting as well judt wait few days then if still no luck then the chances are youll need the new download thats if you can get it as im not sure how virgin are doing it now i know ntl was no problem but since virgin took over things seem to have been changed causing problems with the older boxex.
Did you use a download originally or was it all ready done.
Any way sorry i couldnt give you a quick fix but it looks like its out of our control
Let me know how you get on over next few days you never know it might just come back on could just be downtime.
Have you gone onto virgin medias website and looked on their as it tells you what areas are having problems and what are having down time it might be worth a look
