Kicks the overload protection breaker very often

The overload protection breaker kicks even when riding on blactop, sometimes only one wheel will turn, other times no wheel will turn.
After 20 seconds, it goes ok but will kick again very soon, almost cant even ride it.

SOURCE: Even on level concrete surface after about ten ft. it stops

How old is the vehicle? These Peg Perego vehicles have a small motor behind each rear wheel that can wear down over time and draw more power. This overheats, squeals, and/or trips the breaker. If you're sure the battery is good and there's no corrosion or water damage on the wires, I'd look into getting a pair of new motors. Light Electric Vehicle Technologies might carry them, as well as "The Super Kids" or other places.

SOURCE: how to protect peg perego gaucho ride on jeeps

On my neice's ride on Jeep, I coated the tires in Rubber Undercoating (sold at all Auto part and home improvement stores.) This creates incredibly better traction, looks, and protects the wheels.

Someone left the freezer door open all day and now thats its closed nothing is freezing and I noticed the compressor is not kicking back on - just the fan is running.

Hey, it is possible compressor has been overloaded due to constant running, you could get access to it and have a look on the motor, all motors have overload protection, sometimes it can be a small button on the motor frame near where the power cable comes into it. It may even be located inside the terminal block for motor electrical connection. When attempting to fix anything electrical, you MUST ALWAYS unplug it and make sure it is dead.. Hope this may help. Matt.

According to the Owners Manual: Circuit Breaker (Reset Button)
Your scooter is fitted with the latest in electronic controls that are programmed to protect
the electrical system from abnormal overloads. Provided for extra protection is a circuit
breaker, located on the battery pack. Should there be a situation where your scooter stops
for no apparent reason, please check that the circuit breaker has not popped.

If you have misplaced your Owners Manual, here is a link to one. It may not be the exact model you have (as, your Model # was not recognized), but they all work pretty much the same way.

Hope this helps to get you scooting along, again.

Brand new electric mulching blower/vac : cut out after 10 secs.

Electric motors sometimes have circuit breakers to protect them from overload or overheating. Some reset automatically, some don't. But even if you found and reset a breaker, this shoudn't happen 10 seconds after starting a new unit, unless you sucked a branch into it during those 10 seconds! Take it back to the store for a replacement.

When airconditoner compressor kicks on it blows the circuit breaker whats the problem checked circuut breaker is good.

You may have a overload in that electric line.Example you may have a few appliances running at the same time overloading that breaker. You could replace it with a more capacity. Bad home wiring could contribute to such problem. Check your home for open wiring circuit or bad grounds. Local hardware will sell cheap devices that you plug in your outlet that will light up or even beeb in case of faulty wiring.

All breakers do not trip when overloaded

YES, this is true! Overloaded to what degree? Sometimes, a 20 amp circuit breaker can handle an amp, two, or a few more before tripping. This happens for a number of reasons, but for the most part - they're designed to handle a little bit more than their stated (eg. 20 or 30 amp) amperage. The electrical code states that overload protection (cir. brkr's) should not exceed 80% of their load. So on a 20 amp breaker, you shouldn't exceed 16 amps - and on a 30 amp breaker, it shouldn't exceed 24 amps. I hope this is what you were looking for. If not, feel free to contact me again and I will provide you with more information. Good Luck!

The fan is coming on but the compressor is not.Even after the unit has been off all night (long enough to cool down or ice to melt) the compressor does not come on.

All window unit compressor have a thermal breaker mounted on it. It is to protect it from overload. On a hot summer compressor work harder to keep us cool. Sometimes this thermal breaker fails for good. Unplug the ac. Open it, on the compressor there is a bulging thing sometimes cover with rubber. Thats the thermal breaker. Check its continuity. If you don't have an ohmeter, just byspass the two terminal of the thermal breaker with wire. Plug it in, but be carefull, turn on your ac. The compressor should come on.

Kenmore Air Conditioner Model 580.75121 Internal Fuse

hi there,
there is an overload protection and safety devices of all air conditioner but there are not using internal fuse,if we are talking of fusable fuses, sometime internally the compressor has a thermistor inside the winding to protect motor from burning, but most common use is the over load thermostatic relay which you can find on control panel board, there a level which you just push it to reset, some are auto thermostatic overload protection this will automatically reset when unit tend to cool motor.one more is the circuit breaker on main supply of unit.push this up to reset.thermostat on evaporator are safety device it will cut off your
compressor supply if the temperature was acquired on the setting.
so if your unit does not run even your switching on this are common factor to be checked.have a nice day and don't forget to rate me.thank's
