Question about Weber Summit S-470 Propane Grill
Bought a new weber summit, but it will not light up...I have a new tank, no kinks...and no heat :_(...any ideas?
Ok, let's tackle the obvious things first. New grill with new tank... so was the tank filled? Did they purge it before they filled it? Did you turn the tank valve on very slowly? Were all the grill knobs turned to off when you turned on the gas tank? Try closing the propane tank valve, disconnecting it and reconnecting it. Then very slowly turn it on and light one burner at a time at turn to low heat. Then light additional burners the same way and adjust flame as needed after all are lit. Hope this helps! Douglas
