That sounds to me like your seal has failed on the main bearing. Water has fouled the bearing and now it is getting on the clothes. The only thing you can do is replace the rear half of the tub assembly. Here is a Duet service manual

Thank you for responding. So therefore a service person would need to come out to fix that for us then right.? Do you know approximately how much that would cost?
It may cost several hundred dollars. Their is a strong possibility you could mess it up by trying to repair it yourself. Check your warranty. Do you have an extended warranty on the washer? Do people try to sell you one? Might be a good time to check into it before that problem gets worse.
Thank you

Hello friend, I appreciate your post!
I see you're getting brown stains on some of your loads of laundry within your Frigidaire washer. I have completed some research in regards to brown stains and that could be iron or manganese in the water supply, water pipes, or water heater. In order to restore discolored loads try a rust remover safe for fabric. Do not use chlorine bleach to remove these stains as it may intensify discoloration. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

Thank you very much. I'll have to do some more research to find out if we have the machine still under warranty or not. I appreciate your time and expertise.
