This is (or better said was) a virus that your antivirus didn't properly removed - some traces have survived , in this case its autostart entry.
You must delete that yourself. the easiest way is to run a system cleaner like CCleaner, in the Registry section a scan (with all the options ticked) will immediately detect it .
