Bosch side by side isnt freezing

It sounds like the fridge is in need of a regas, but that seems unlikely after only three years, although not impossible. An indication of that would be if the compressor could be heard to be running all the time. If it cuts out after running only a short time it could be the thermostat that has gone faulty.

Most definately you do. somehow air got in while you were away. 12 hour defrost with doors open will help.(insulation in side by side normally thick).Had one like that approx. 2 months ago but fridge was not well treated and they damaged rubber seal at water and ice dispencer area.

Your ice-maker may need to be "hard-reset". To do this, perform a manual-defrost by emptying out the freezer (and fridge) and shutting all power off to your unit for several hours (at least half a day unless you can be sure the temp in the freezer has fully reached ambient. Next, with freezer empty, restore power, make sure the "ice" setting is set to off, then set the forced power-freeze mode (you can refill the fridge, but leave the freezer empty for now. When the power-freeze completes (at least 2.5 hours) you can refill the freezer, set the "ice" mode to block/crushed (IE something other than off) and then hit the "black reset button" to restart the ice-maker. IF it still will not dump the cubes then the ice sensor/control board may have failed.

Clean the coils on the bottom and make sure the fan is operable.

check the damper door vent located between the refrige and freezer for being iced up and stuck shut,if cold air from freezer can't get past thid door the refrige will warm up,if this isnt the problem,adjust the refrige temp control and watch and see if this makes this door open and close as you adjust the temp of the refrige compartment

the fan in the freezer is not working to blow the cold air in the freezer you need a new fan you need a repair man it will cost you $300 good luck i have the same problem don't buy samsung they are useless that why home depot don't sale samsung

if it is a new one must be looked at under wantey

Ok, check the temperature to make sure it is on the factory settings. if the temp is set below the factory settings, this will freeze the assembly, in return, not allowing the ice maker to initiate the ice makign procedure properly. if the temp is set to factory settings and the water lines and assembly isnt frozen, thsi will confirm a fualt within the inlet water valve assembly. you will need to replace the water valve assemb ly in this case.

IF FREEZER IS A THE CORRECT TEMP/ O-10 DEGREES, THE FREEZER IS NOT THE PROBLEM. THERE IS A THERMOSTAT IN YOUR ICE MAKER, IT IS NOT ADJUSTABLE. IT IS A SMALL BI METAL SWITCH THAT TRIGERS ICE MAKER WHEN IT REACHES ITS PROPER TEMP. THE PROBLEM IS, IT IS TRIGERING IT AT TO LOW OF A TEMP.NOT ALLOWING THE ICE TO FREEZE SOLID. IF YOU CAN HANDLE IT CHANGE BIMETAL SWITCH OR CHANGE ICE MAKER ITSELF.
