Logitech ?
It could be your support software - make sure you haven't lost Microsoft Directx
You need at least version 9

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How can I adjust the time between when I use my computer and when the Desktop Background picture comes on?

Hi I am no expert but to me it sounds like you are talking about your screensaver?
If so go to your desktop - right click - Personalize/Properties - Screensaver
From there you can either turn off the screensaver or select a number of minutes before it does come on ;)
Hope this helps :)

No camera detected on this computer

First go to Control Panel, Hardware, Devices and look for your webcam. Go through the tabs to make sure it is Enabled. If you do not see the webcam in the list, right click on the white space and select Show disabled devices. If you still don't see your webcam then you will need to reload the software drivers, either from disc or this link on the Logitech website. Once you think you have it working you may want to reboot your computer, and then try the free webcam test tool.

My picture on the computer the person i am talking to keeps freezing every few minutes, I have 3 webcams and they all do it, My new webcam is a logitech C200

The issue is likely your Internet bandwidth. Try using a wired connection from your computer to your modem as opposed to a wireless one. Make sure the webcams are plugged directly into the computer and not through a hub or extension cable. Also run a speed test to make sure you have at least 256kb of upload speed.

Normal 0 Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.

Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:

After downloading and installing Skype set it up as follows:

  1. Go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
  2. Then click on the Video Settings.
  3. The camera if installed properly will come up and show a picture.
  4. Then on the bottom of the page click on Save.

The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now see and talk to you.

B. Yahoo Setup:

After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger set it up as follows:

  1. Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.
  2. Next go down to Preferences and click on it.
  3. Next Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
  4. Next go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on “Open the call setup assistant” and follow the instructions on the left window.

When done both the Audio and Video will function properly so you can chat and see family or friends you are connected to.
Hope this helps. Bud

I have purchased a philips webcam spc315nc for skype, my daughter can see me but said the picture is very small how can i correct this, also is there anyway more than one person can talk as i have to pass...

if the picture is small... i would suggest that is a setting on her computer not yours..... and look at the lower right hand side of your computer... do you see the icon that looks like a speaker... click on that and select volume control... adjust the microphone lever to maximum.
