Well first off u must be doing some nice recordings or live sound but anyway. On ur back panel those r called terminal strip connections. For hooking small mini wires. For every mic u have and want to hook up to the rack u will need Mini Barrier to XLR adapters and one for ur main output to ur mixer or amp.

The terminal strip above is only for TWO mics.(#5 and #6)
For those you connect the SHIELD to the middle terminal of each under the "MIC5/6" labeled "GND". The each of the BALANCED microphone lines for the two extra mics go to the left and right terminal beside the respective GND terminal.
