Question about Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Smartphone
I want to add music to my contacts for each person that rings but the music i am putting wont save to my phone and it is also telling me that i have to delete stuff cos there isnt enough memory i have a memory card in but wont save to it csn u help me pls.
Remove you memory card, delete unimportant messages, bluetooth received files, photos, music files etc.. from your phone memory. Restart the phone after restoring it to "factory default" using the code 12345 (if you haven't changed it)[to do this, go to settings, scroll down to the bottom and select "Restore Factory" or anything like that, press ok and enter the code, your phone will automatically restart]. This problem is very common with this model, and in most cases virus is the culprit, so please scan the memory card as well. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
