This error means the receiver cannot receive the file properly due to poor line signal or conditions. If there's a feature that you can adjust the transmission level, try to boost it. You also need to set the speed 4800 bits per second. There are many solutions, but they can only be implemented by the technicians. This error also signifies that the receiver's machine isn't receiving the file/data because of low transmission level. If you can set the echo counter-measures, that'd be very helpful. Also try to dial the receiver's number slowly, sometimes this helps. I am sorry that I can't provide you more than these information since you'll not understand even if i do. If you insists, i'll do it for you. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.

    Ok... let me post the solution here... but note most terms are only technical terms which is very difficult for ordinary people to understand. No problem you can try;

    A. Cause: (Q signal transmission after picture signals); The other party cannot receive picture or Q signals properly due to poor line conditions.

    Solution 1: Boost the transmission level so that the other party can receive picture or Q signals properly.
    Solution 2: Lower the transmission start speed to 4800 bps.
    Solution 3: Adjust the NL equalizer so the other party can receive picture or Q signals properly.
    Solution 4: Add an EPT on the V29 modem signals.
    Solution 5: Adjust the continuous transmission time of 1 before transmitting the picture signal so the other party can receive picture signals properly.
    Solution 6: Lengthen the no-sound time after receiving CFR so the other party can receive picture signals properly.

    B. Cause: (After TCF transmission before picture signals); The other party cannot properly receive due to low transmission level.

    Solution: Boost the transmission level so the other party can properly receive the signals

    C. Cause: (After TCF transmission before picture signals); The other party experience echo malfunction.
    Solution 1: Take echo counter-measures as described in Service manual.
    Solution 2: Press Start button after confirming the first DIS from the other party during a manual call.
    Solution 3: Add a long pause after the telephone number when registering the user in the auto- dialing directory so that the system will not respond to the first DIS from the other party.

    Good luck.

    There are some reset tricks, but I am not sure whether it will work for your machine or not. No particular resetting measures for the model. You can try this..;
    Hold the menu button and #, press down the screen using the up down key and select "start" or "Copy". Note that you have to hold the menu and # while doing this otherwise it'll not take affect.
    Good luck.
