This is usually due to worn spray-arms. These are replacable items.
Remove them and check for wear, and replace if required.

6 knocks (like code) when the door is sealed AND dishwasher is NOT RUNNING??

I am clueless too, no machine I know of communicates in "knocks." There are some models that have a diverter disc that rotates, some have drain pumps that operate at certain times... have you tried to determine if the noise is under the machine or inside of it? remove the bottom panel and see if it changes the character of the noise...

Whirlpool dishwasher.... Continuous flashing light an a beeping noise half way through cycle then dishwasher stops!! Help! X

Check your sink drain to see if you dishwasher is able to exhaust water out. The exhaust drain hose, or the drain is plugged. They get debrea from food being washed off the dishes.

My dishwasher is just 6 months old and started making a humming sound while washing in th wash cycle.

If you hear unusual noises during dishwasher operation, check to see if a dish or cup is loose and being knocked around during the wash cycle. If you hear grinding, grating, crunching or a buzzing sound, chances are a hard object has gone into the wash module. Once the object is ground up, the noises should cease.

Bosch dishwasher timer freezing

There is a recall on the control board of many of these models, butyour problem is likely not related. It sounds like a plugged drain system or a possible bad drain pump. That's why you are hearing the pump running constantly. I have written a guide to help. It is here. Thanks!

How do you fix a noisy whirlpool dish washer DU1100XTP(Q) ?

A hard object has entered the wash module (on some models).
When the object is ground up, the sound should stop. If the
noise persists after a complete cycle, call for service.

My dishwasher is making a very loud noise during the wash cycle.

It is probably a dying recirculation/drain pump. It serves both purposes so is only off when the drying cycle starts. If the bearings are going bad the seals will probably fail soon too since they will be more stressed by any wobble in the pump shaft due to wear.
