Question about Navman iCN 520 GPS Receiver
Could also be a faulty battery, or the battery is completely discharged that it is FLAT! - if this is the case then it will need replacing :(
I had the same issue where a 520 unit had not been used for a year or two, but the battery switch was set to on. I was lucky, i managed to get a desktop charger off eBay for a couple of quid and it charged the 520 no probs. It could have been a dead unit, but the little device has a spark of life still left in it! :)
Try the battery switch as suggested and leave it on charge for a couple of hours - It may work, it may not.
You might only have to buy a replacement battery!!!
Hope this helps.

Check the battery switch on the back. you will need a pen. Mine does the same thing. I believe this switch has to be set to ON for it to work. At least mine wont turn on unless the switch is turned on.
