Remove roll pins from trigger itself, then remove both roll pins on the plastic valve itself. Clean cylinder, oil or grease with bostitch green lube, insert new TVA6 valve and reverse removal procedure

Air leaking from trigger Bostitch SB1850BN

Most likely the orings or seals in the headvalve are not making perfect seal. Remove the head and pull out the headvalve. Apply plenty of white grease to orings and test again. If the gun fires, then will need oring kit soon, or just keep using plenty of grease. If the gun still does not fire, check that the safety foot is depressing the trigger valve all the way in. Good luck

How to change water filter on msd2352kew

Instructions on how to change the water filter are found on page 20 of the user manual Here=> MSD2352KEW User Manual
I will be here should you have questions, Thanks Sea Breeze

The water filter is located in the upper right-hand

corner of the fresh food compartment.

1. Remove blue bypass cap and

retain for later use.

2. Remove sealing label from

end of filter and insert into

filter head.

3. Rotate gently clockwise until

filter stops. Snap filter cover

4. Reduce water spurts by

flushing air from system.

Run water continuously for

two minutes through

dispenser until water runs

steady. During initial use,

allow about a one- to two-minute delay in water

dispersal to allow internal water tank to fill.

• Additional flushing may be required in some
households where water is of poor quality

Motor on my K5.55 pulsates noisily when not spraying water but stops noise when spraying water, any ideas? Regards Pete

Hi Pete and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.

When the trigger on the wand is off the unit has an unloader / bypass valve located on the output side of the pump that cycles to bypass the output pressre back into the inlet side of the pump so it does not dead head and destroy itself. I suspect that you unloader bypass valve is traveling to one extreme and stem is resting against the pump body after you release the trigger. You will not hurt it by continuing to use it but you want it to stop you will probably have to change the unloader / bypass valve. If you do change it make sure to lubricate the housing and seals with WHITE grease before installing. My thoughts... it makes noise but it works. You choice as to how to proceed.

A second thought... is that the motor isolation mounts may be getting torqued when the hose is fully charged and the motor touches the chassis.

Searcing, espares and cleanstuff did not result in me finding your unloader valve. They do have a cyliner head....

If a washer not used for a few years would that cause any problems

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
The seals do have a tendancy to harden / dry out or... corrosion prevents the unloader bypass valve from moving / operating properly. I recommend you put a little oil (2 oz maybe...) through the unit on purpose via the inlet water connection. Then connect your water hose and force the oil though the unit with the air in the water supply hose while it purges. DO NOT turn the unit on until your sure the water supply hose has purged out all air. Then turn on the unit making sure that you cycle the wand trigger rapidly for a few minutes by cycling the trigger until the high pressure hose is not so rigid then let the high presure hose charge fully again. Cycle trigger wait, cycle trigger wait. 1 second bursts until you get full pressure. Then use normally. This usually wakes up pressure washers that have been resting :)

The seal is damaged on the needle and letting paint travel back along the needle back to the trigger area. .

The trigger assy. will have to be taken apart to replace the seal on the stem. Be sure to check the trigger pin for smoothness where the seal has been sealing. Replace the trigger pin if worn or your new seal may leak.

My dewalt framing nail gun was hooked to the air compressor, but was not being used when it began leaking air which you could hear and got louder. It sounded like it was leaking around the trigger area....

There are O-ring seals around the trigger that are probably leaking. You can try to lubricate the gun by adding the pneumatic oil to the air supply. That may be enough to seal it back up. Otherwise the seals and/or the trigger assembly will need to be replaced.

Leaks oil at trigger, direction change switch, and at the end of the shaft where socket is attached. If I knew where to buy the parts I can fix it myself.

You should have a knob that you can adjust how much air and torque is passed throught he air wrench. Otherwise the rubber trigger seal is bad.
