Question about Samsung S3650 Corby / S3650 Genio Touch Cell Phone
Most phones and sim-cards have a so called PUC/PUK code.
This allows the owner of the phone after verifying their identity to unlock a phone.

Please contact your carrier service provider and ask them for the PUC/PUK code. Make sure you have your phone, the IMEI code and other infromation that relates to your phone at hand, they might ask you for this information.
