Pride Jazzy 1103 Ultra controller code: when the "on" button is pushed and held down, three red, four amber, and one green LED come on and are solid (not flashing), and there is a second LED gauge...

Seven blinking LED's indicate a "Joystick Fault" on the controllers Pride uses. Could be just the actual joystick itself, the part you move to make the chair move, or it could be other electronics in the controller. Here's a link to troubleshooting info:

The ist light and second light shone red on my xbox but i cant find anything about these lights combo and a turned my xbox on and off and it worked what happend

You may have had a loose connection from the av cable ot your power supply may have over heated. The most common thing i see in my workshop is whn the AV cable csnnot be detected, all four will flash red, but in an over heating case, you will get flashing red on segments one and three. I hope this helps .

When i turn my xbox 360 on it starts running hard then the controller lights on the device start flashing red.

Four lights around the power button flash red on your Xbox 360 console. Four flashing lights indicates that the console does not detect an audio/video (AV) cable.
Note Four flashing red lights will not appear on consoles that have both an AV port and an HDMI port.

I have a partial red ring of death, but it's not all 4 lights. It's only 1-3 and it flashes when I turn the system on . Any advice?

Red ring of death is three lights, four is when you don't have the A\V cords plugged in, I believe, you can look on the Xbox website. Just try makiong sure all your cords are plugged correctly, sometimes it comes up three lights when the power cord is incorrectly plugged.

One flashing red light on xbox360 ( not red ring)

The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code
Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash.
Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number:
All four lights flashing - 0
One light flashing - 1
Two Lights flashing - 2
Three lights flashing - 3

Once you get this code, go to: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=484726
To get the reason for the code.

Red light flashes four times

4 red light flashes normally means there is a problem with the fan. Time to make a service call.
