Question about Nokia 6111 Cellular Phone
Service Provider will Provide the PUK Code for You..Get it that from them....

You need to contact your service provider, only they can give you the PUK.
Once you enter the PUK, you will be prompted to enter a new PIN...
Don't try entering the PUK until you know it though, or you'll end up locked out completely.

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code fre of charge.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.
Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa.
