Question about Whirlpool 24 in. ADP5966 Free-standing Dishwasher
The probable causes may be either the heating element is bad or its not getting the required voltage testing the heating element if you can or have the necessary tools like an ohm meter to check the heating elements for continuity and from the control board if its getting the required voltage(110/120V) .this test will confirm the problem .this can be best done by a qualified technician if you dont have the necessary tools.if confirmed then you can replace the heating element if bad. hope this helps
