Question about Bosch Washing Machines
More than likely, the motor coupling is broken. Locate and remove the 2
screws holding the console to the cabinet top (front or rear corners).
Tilt the cabinet backwards, and remove the 2 gold clips, and disconnect
the lid switch wiring harness. Tild the entire cabinet forward and off
of the base.
Remove the 2 clips holding the pump to the motor, and then remove the 2 clips holding the motor to the transmission. Make sure you remove the wiring plug for the motor, and mark any wires on any capacitors. The motor coupling is located inbetween the motor and transmssion. If it is not broken, then let me know more about this machine

Tips for a great answer:
Hello Dorothy - Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, there may be a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Otherwise since it is such a complex unit I would recommend contacting a professional to have either the pump or timer diagnose.
