Can't Upload Pictures

Try putting the memory card in a USB card reader attached to your computer, which should see it as another drive. Write-protect the card first.

Upload pictures

You don't need a CD to upload pictures to a computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

I have an LG UX5600 phone (I don't have texting), and I don't know how to upload pictures to my computer. How do I do this? Thank you!! Sincerely, Nancy

If you have a pc/mac with bluetooth you can send it using that, or you should be able to plug the usb cable into your computer and import from there.

Just turn on bluetooth of your mobile and computer. After some seconds go to My Computer and find the model of your mobile phone under the head of Other Devices, it will show as a folder. Open it and get your required pictures just by adapting copy and paste method.

I don't know how long you had this problem nor when it started.
I don't know that it is a poblem, and I don't know if it can be fixed.
Too many variables: the camera, the USB plugs, the USB cable, the software, the possible interference, and so on.

Have you tried to upload the pictures and videos using a card reader?

The first time i plugged my targus 2.0 memory card reader/writer (model- tgr-msd500) into my computer (windows xp) it worked fine and i was able to upload my pictures to the computer. i took it out and...

Well sometimes when you don't "eject" the memory card properly, the card can have registry errors which makes it corrupt and you can't view the card properly. My suggestion is to put it back in your computer and try to reformat the memory card. This can simply be done by right clicking the card in ""my computer" and choose reform.

If I don't have the software how can I upload pictures from my SVP 8061 Canon to my computer?? Thank you Kevin

What is the operating system of your computer? I think USB cable connecting your computer and camera will do in transferring files/pictures.
