You need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have the sub pad replaced.

My k1 is in great condition but is missing 1/4'' center menu button and I would like to replace it. can anyone help me!!

That button is part of the keymat assembly, so the only real option is to change the whole thing - it's easy to do, though - just remove the battery, memory card and SIM card, take out the 4 torx screws, remove the rear panel, unplug the display flex cable, then remove the main PCB and the keymat.

It should only take about 5 minutes.

Front OK * 0 and # stopped working on 2 phones!

I had a similar problem with my buttons. Seems crazy..but once I removed my SD card the buttons started working. Still worked after I put the SD card back in.

Before that I tried removing the battery several times and that didn't help.
