Hello sasharp2. My name is Michael Hurst with DISH Network. I see that your remote was dropped and not working anymore. There isn't a way to fix the remote. The best thing to do would be is to order a new remote and replace the broken one.

Bose remote RC-25 won't work anymore


Check the remote control for its infrared emission. Check it with fresh batteries. Check it battery contacts, inside its battery compartment for any rust or dust accumulated, which prevents the electrical contacts. If all are found OK, you remote control need cleaning. I dropped my dvd remote and now it won't work


need to know the model of the DVD player and remote to be able to further assist you...but a quick google search with that model # and the phrases "program codes" and "how to" should quickly bring up a how to article or manual for the dvd player with reprogramming instructions.

Check ur universal remote manual for ur tv codes.Re enter ur tv model universal codes.Ur remote should work again.Try website like 1-800-Remotes factory original.Buy an exact remote to ur tv original remote.Never care for codes agian,because u have the original remote.

I don't know how to program my remote anymore!


I had the same problem and typed in the model of my vcr instead of the remote model. This is the site I found, although my tv is not on the list, I followed the steps at the bottom of the page and found that code 08 worked for my Phillips TV. I hope this helps all of you with finding your codes and programming your remotes.
